Nikaya Asbury is an office administrator and human resources professional with over 15 years of experience. At the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, she functioned as a thought leader and partner to the CHRO regarding key organizational and people issues. Her experience includes hiring and orienting new employees, organizing events and logistics, and creating a community newsletter of key resources for staff. She aims to prioritize the goals of HR based on MLRI's strategic goals and staff interests. She is passionate about learning and development and is working to complete her B.A. of Psychology at Cambridge College. She grew up in Jamaica Plain and now resides in Randolph, MA with her family and two dogs.
