Kate joined MLRI in 2020 as a health law attorney. Prior to joining MLRI, Kate worked as a plaintiff’s attorney in California for a firm focused on protecting older and dependent adults from abuse and neglect. Kate is also a Women’s Bar Association (WBA) member, and member of the WBA’s Legislative Policy Committee. Kate received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from McGill University, and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
