Marlie Creed joined MLRI in April of 2026. She earned her B.S. and M.S. in Economics from Georgia Institute of Technology. She brings experience across higher education, nonprofit, and private sector settings, where she has built reporting systems, streamlined workflows, and used data to improve day-to-day operations. Her background includes automation, program support, research initiatives, and creating practical tools that make complex work easier for both staff and the communities they serve. Marlie is passionate about expanding access to opportunity through thoughtful, people-centered problem-solving. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she now lives in East Boston.
