Olivia joined MLRI in May of 2026. She began her career as a Program Mentor at Economic Mobility Pathways (EMPath), where she provided strengths-based coaching to unhoused mothers in Boston working towards their individually defined housing, finance, education, employment, wellbeing, and family goals. In 2023, Olivia transitioned to a new position as Learning & Development Director at EMPath. In this role, she designed and led continuous education programs for practitioners to strengthen direct practice, deepen expertise, and advance organizational impact. In both professional and personal pursuits, Olivia is passionate about advocating for equitable public systems and celebrating the unique strengths and inherent dignity of all people. She has been involved in MA state-level advocacy action for causes such as universal childcare, immigrant advancement, and affordable housing.
Olivia graduated from Boston College in 2021 with a BA in International Studies and a concentration in Cooperation & Conflict. In her free time, she enjoys watching women’s soccer, spending time in sunshine, and listening to all genres of music.
